Drip House is Ottawa's most creatively ambitious multi-location café, blending specialty coffee with art, music, and community programming across four Ottawa locations. The Hintonburg spot rotates carefully sourced coffees from local micro-roasters, with batch brew, pour-over, and espresso options throughout the day, then transforms into a cocktail bar and small-plates venue from 6pm.
