Founded in 2011 by Lisa Lawson, Dear Green is Glasgow's most influential specialty roastery and a B Corp pioneer. The East Campbell Street flagship sits opposite the Barrowlands Ballroom and operates as roastery, training academy and cafe in one. Beans are sourced directly and with full traceability, fuelling dozens of the city's best cafes as well as the house bar.
