Darg is the personal project of Anargyros Fakos, 2024 Greek Roasting Champion, who runs this small cafe-roastery on Evridamantos 38 with dark interiors decorated by wall collages and vinyl records. An Origami dripper and meticulously dialled espresso are backed by his own microlot roasts on a Silon ZR7 machine, prioritising traceability over volume. The intimate, character-heavy space feels like a roaster's private workshop that happens to welcome guests.
