The DAK Showroom on Bellamyplein is the on-floor expression of one of Amsterdam's most talked-about roasteries, founded by two Canadians who built their program around funky, rare-varietal lots with precise, lighter roast profiles. A three-group Slayer espresso machine and two Decent machines for filter work reflect the technical seriousness of the operation, and a private cupping room hosts invitation tasting sessions. This is a destination for those who want to drink directly at the source.
