Crematology has been roasting and serving specialty coffee from its Jl. Suryo address in Senopati since 2013, making it one of the district's longest-running third-wave anchors. The exposed-brick industrial interior and shaded outdoor terrace attract a mix of creatives and regulars who appreciate a rotating menu of Indonesian and international lots. Multiple Jakarta branches have since opened, but the Suryo original retains the most character and the full roastery setup.
