Singapore's celebrated specialty cafe brand arrived in Hong Kong at Shop 21, K11 Art Mall, 18 Hanoi Road with its full-day brunch-through-dinner-wine model intact. Specialty-grade Arabica is roasted in-house and dialled in by baristas trained to competition standard, with the same exacting approach applied to the menu's natural wine list after dark. Operating until 9:30pm most evenings and 10:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays, it is one of the only specialty-first venues with meaningful late service.
