Coffi Lab opened in March 2025 inside a beautifully restored former bank on the corner of Gloucester Road and Dongola Avenue, immediately establishing itself as one of the most welcoming dog-friendly specialty cafes in Bristol. Coffee is roasted in Cardiff to a soil-to-sip philosophy, and the food offer runs to focaccias, pastries and bakery items from Hobbs House. Handmade dog biscuits and puppacinos are a standing feature, with 50p from every dog biscuit sold going to Guide Dogs UK.
