Founded in 2020 by the Ortiz family during the pandemic, Coffee Relief is a farm-to-cup roastery-cafe in the Tumbaco valley east of Quito and winner of Sprudge's Most Sustainable Roaster Sprudgie Award for 2024. The space houses a green-coffee micro-lab, a roastery, barista atelier, indoor cafe and outdoor seating, and the team consults and trains across the region. A Victoria Arduino White Eagle espresso machine anchors the brew bar.
