Georgia's first specialty roastery cafe, Coffee LAB opened in 2016 and roasts regularly on a Giesen to supply its own shops, hotels and restaurants across the country. The flagship Saburtalo location spans two floors of chic seating with an outdoor area, and the espresso program runs on a Sanremo Cafe Racer. Multiple branches across the city make it the most accessible entry point into Georgian specialty coffee.
