Housed in a converted machine factory at Godthåbsvej 34B, this is the nerve center of Coffee Collective's entire operation: the roastery, training lab, offices, and a café all share the same building, making it the most complete expression of the brand that pioneered specialty coffee in Copenhagen in 2007. Guests can order from the full range of single-origin lots alongside a small seasonal food pairing menu designed to complement specific coffees. The site has produced multiple World Barista and Brewers Cup champions.
