Founded in 2014 by Matt Wade and Joe Palozzi, City of Saints has roasted single-origin coffees at 297 Meserole Street since the Brooklyn third-wave scene was still taking shape. Pastries come from Doughnut Plant and L'Imprimerie, and the roastery-cafe format means guests are drinking coffee days off the roast.
