Chrome Yellow opened in 2015 in a renovated 1950s garage steps from the Atlanta Beltline trail, roasting small batches on-site with a focus on Colombian single origins sourced directly from producers Rodrigo Sanchez and Claudia Samboni of Aromas del Sur. The sunlit space merges the roastery and cafe, and the menu runs from clean espresso and pour-overs to seasonal specialty drinks alongside dry goods and apparel. It remains one of the city's most honest neighborhood roaster-cafes.
