One of Seoul's genuine specialty pioneers, Champ Coffee has shaped the city's third-wave scene since 2009 and now runs more than five locations. The 2nd Workroom at 60-16 Itaewon-ro 55-gil is the spiritual home, serving high-acidity espresso blends, velvety flat whites, and their cult-status Queen's Coffee in a compact, welcoming space. Sprudge credits Champ alongside Coffee Libre and Fritz as one of the cafes that legitimized Korean specialty coffee culture.
