Chacho's was born in the narrow lanes of Kerem HaTeimanim at 51 Ge'ula Street, sitting between the beach and the Carmel Market in one of the city's most characterful neighborhoods. The team roasts two house blends in-house and keeps a rotating single-origin selection on the bar, served alongside freshly baked cookies, cakes, and savory treats. A second branch opened on Gordon 47, but this original location retains the warmth and intimacy of its founding spirit.
