Philadelphia's first and only Vietnamese specialty coffee roaster, Caphe Roasters was founded in 2018 by Raymond John and Thu Pham, sourcing primarily from Vietnam and other Southeast Asian regions with the same traceability standards applied to any specialty origin. The cafe pairs Vietnamese coffee made with condensed milk alongside a full savory food menu including fried chicken banh mi. A James Beard Award semifinalist for Outstanding Wine and Other Beverages Program.
