Italy's first coffee-and-tea-only bar, founded in 2001 by Manuel Terzi with a strict policy of no sandwiches, soft drinks or liqueurs - just exceptional coffee and tea. Terzi roasts on-site in small batches, sourcing single-origin Arabica beans and organic blends from around the world. The original Via Oberdan location remains the flagship, with additional outposts on Strada Maggiore and a kiosk at Piazza Aldrovandi.
