CafeLab grows its own coffee on Hacienda El Sitio in Guayllabamba at elevations between 1,925 and 2,350 metres, then roasts and serves it across three Quito labs - giving it a genuinely farm-to-cup identity. The La Floresta branch is the most neighbourhood-oriented, drawing a local creative crowd. Three locations in Quito make it the most accessible of the estate-owning specialty operations.
