Founded in 2014 by three partners with direct relationships to six farms in Boquete and Volcán, Unido is the country''s largest buyer of Geisha and serves the varietal as a pour-over alongside expertly pulled espresso. The Casco location draws locals and visitors alike for freshly baked pastries and roast profiles that reflect each farm''s distinct altitude and process.
