Sebastian Alvarez launched Cafe Triciclo in 2013 as a literal mobile coffee tricycle before building one of the most recognized cafe-roastery operations in the city. The 3 Ciclos roastery opened in 2017 and the cafe is also an official La Marzocco distributor, making it a hub for baristas and equipment geeks alongside regular customers. V60, Chemex, and Kalita sit alongside espresso on the brew bar at Bellas Artes.
