Cafe Negro roasts its own beans at Centenario 16, directly across from Jardin Centenario in the heart of Coyoacan, and serves exclusively Mexican coffee to support small producers from Chiapas, Oaxaca, Puebla and Guerrero. The keep-it-simple philosophy extends to an extensive in-house pastry operation turning out pan dulce, cakes and croissants. Open every day of the year from 8:00 to 23:00.
