Founded by Buna, an environmentally committed Slovenian coffee cooperative, Cafe Cokl sits at the lower station of the funicular to Ljubljana Castle on the edge of the Old Town market square. Buna beans are always freshly roasted, oat and other plant milks are standard, and the cafe encourages bring-your-own-cup. Barista courses are available through the Buna academy.
