Brühwerk brings New York-inspired cafe energy to Hamburg's Innenstadt with a bright two-storey space and floor-to-ceiling windows near the Inner Alster. Coffee is sourced exclusively from Leuchtfeuer, a specialty roastery in Wedel, and sits alongside a food menu that runs from balanced breakfast bowls to fluffy waffles. A second location on Valentinskamp opened recently.
