Bridgehead made history as the first business in Canada to offer fairly traded coffee, back in 1981. The Anderson Street roastery and coffeehouse is the flagship: high ceilings, an open roasting area where guests can watch beans being processed, and bread baked on-site for all Bridgehead locations. Organic, shade-grown, small-farmer sourcing runs through every cup.
