Black Delight has been roasting since 2008 - making it one of Hamburg's longest-running specialty roasters - with the roastery in Altona-Nord and the kaffeebar in Ottensen. The house philosophy is direct trade and full transparency: they seek out single origins, rare microlots, and carefully assembled espresso blends, developing an individual roasting profile for each lot. Cortado and flat white are house specialties.
