A few blocks east of Ttukseom Station, Better Roasting Lab looks more like a micro-factory than a cafe: a matte white single-storey space with slate-grey accents and a Giessen W6 roaster displayed behind glass. Four rotating single-origin pour-overs, often Central American naturals or washed East Africans, change weekly alongside a tight espresso menu of double ristretto, Americano, and flat white. A rare combination of transparency and technical precision in one compact room.
