Housed in the brutalist Rose Lipman Building on De Beauvoir Road since 2021, Batch Baby is one of the most intellectually serious filter-focused cafes in London, named an honoree for Best New Cafe in the World at the 2022 Sprudgie Awards. Origin Coffee anchors the house program while a rotating cast of European specialty roasters fill the guest slots, served from a colorful space that pays homage to the building's 1970s character. Batch brew is treated with the same reverence as a slow pour-over.
