Auro is a UAE-founded specialty roaster that sources beans directly from its own farms in Ethiopia, making it one of very few vertically integrated farm-to-cup operations in the Gulf. The flagship cafe sits at Souq Al Mina on Al Khayt Street, placing specialty Ethiopian coffee inside one of Abu Dhabi's most atmospheric heritage market buildings. A second outpost at Warehouse 421 Arts Campus draws a creative and culturally curious crowd.
