Founded in 2017 by a two-time Hong Kong Barista Champion who also placed fourth at the World Barista Championship, Amber Coffee Brewery at 142 Des Voeux Road Central brews all espresso shots exclusively with single-origin beans, rotating by season. The narrow, focused menu reflects competition-calibre precision without the exclusionary atmosphere of a cupping lab. Weekday hours extend to 9:30pm, making it one of few serious specialty stops open after the afternoon commute.
