Opened in 2023 by Lorenzo Costa, Allegra occupies a handsome Via Galliera space a few doors from Forno Brisa's flagship. Coffee curation is handled by Robin Marastoni, who selects single-origin lots with light roast profiles to emphasise terroir and seasonal character. The all-day format spans breakfast pastries and croissants through lunch and natural wine aperitivo, making it one of the most complete specialty coffee destinations in the city.
