A hidden-gem roaster tucked inside an old house down a narrow alley, Ala organizes its menu by roast level - light, medium, dark - across Ethiopian, Kenyan, Colombian, Honduran, Brazilian, and Vietnamese origins including Arabica, Robusta, and Liberica. The La Marzocco espresso machine shares the counter with a V60 setup, and the shop hosts regular cupping sessions and brewing workshops. A second branch has opened at 86 Ho Han Thuong.
