On Országház utca in the historic Castle District, 4minutes is a small vegan specialty café opened in 2020 by Dóra, a former florist, in a Japandi-styled space visually unlike anything else in Budapest. The bar works exclusively with La Cabra of Aarhus for filter coffees and Goosebumps for espresso-based drinks, with each cup prepared on a Modbar system that lets guests watch the extraction unfold. Cold-pressed juices, matcha, and raw vegan cakes complete a menu built entirely around intentionality.
