30 North opened in Zamalek at the ICONIA building on 16 Mohammed Thakeb Street and has since expanded to Maadi, Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The menu centers on single origin filter coffees with a strong aeropress and pour over offering, making it one of the most consistent third-wave destinations in Greater Cairo. The Sheikh Zayed location at Capital Promenade in particular draws a weekend specialty crowd from the western suburbs.
